License file not present in source code

Hi,

The file, https://github.com/eclipse-threadx/cmsis-packs/blob/main/Microsoft.AzureRTOS-ThreadX.1.0.0.pack/ports/risc-v32/iar/example_build/config/debugger/timer.mac contains the following reference to a license:

"See the file riscv/doc/licenses/IARSourceLicense.txt for detailed license information."

However, we could not find the file, 'IARSourceLicense.txt'.

Note: The file cannot be opened in GitHub web interface. The 'Microsoft.AzureRTOS-ThreadX.1.0.0.pack' needs to be downloaded and opened to reach the location of the file.

Can you please let us know where to find the information on the file?
