Background

During E2E we see that as BPDR API was not available the IRS hung and job starvation causes by service or auth was not available.

As product
I want resilient handling of apis
so that not available services or OAuth does not cause starvation

Hints / Details

Acceptance Criteria

  • API endpoint Auth for SemanticHub
  • Check the OAuth for SemanticHub and DiscoveryService
  • OAuth is covered with integration tests (unhappy path service is not working)
