API Key of Consumer EDC is also used for Provider EDC

Description

We need to add in our charts and application.yaml the option to provide an API Key also for the Provider EDC. This is needed for Notification sending and data provisioning. Currently, it uses the value from the consumer edc API key field.

Current behaviour

Charts and application.yaml uses same API Key for Consumer and Provider EDC

Expected behavior

Charts and application.yaml provides configuration of different API Key for Consumer and Provider EDC
