Current Behavior

OwnIdP Configuration: URLs derived from metadata URL not set in CX-Central IdP
ClientId and Secret are set but not the URLs.

URLs derived from metadata URL set in CX-Central IdP

Steps To Reproduce

Detected in v2.3.0-RC2
