does not seem to work in tycho 3.0.4

mvn -f org.eclipse.xtext.full.releng/ clean verify -DskipTests -Dtycho.strictVersions=false
(on https://github.com/eclipse/xtext/tree/cd_strictVersionsTest)

but the build still says

do i overlook something? CiFriendlyVersionsTest indicates it should be working

Configuring in POM worked for me (3.0.4 and 4.0.0-SNAPSHOT):

In Tycho 3.x line there is no property (but it should be trivial to backport the portion of that adding this), but as @tja-m mentioned you can configure it (and of course use a user property there):

@cdietrich I have checked that it is part of the Tycho 3.x branch but not of the latest release.
