@radcortez can you double check whether you are running MP Metrics 5.1 TCK as I think the test org.eclipse.microprofile.metrics.tck.MetricRegistryTest.testMetricRegistryScope is missing and also the test suite org.eclipse.microprofile.metrics.tck.config.BadHistogramTimerConfigTest is missing as well?
