Feature: Making Exercises Persistent

  Scenario: Persisting Created Exercises without Generated Files
    Given the user has created an exercise but the associated files are not yet generated
    When the user reloads the page or reopens the IDE
    Then the system should restore the exercise and its details
    And allow the user to continue generating or editing the files
