The DependencyTransformation stems from early Loki days and it has accumulated some technical debt. Let's collect some of the pain points in this issue to address them in a future rewrite of the transformation.

  • Remove the baked-in assumption of .intfb in the name of interface block C-Includes (introduced in Preserve imported statement functions #251)
  • The C-include to module import flip could be informed with analysis data by the ModuleWrapTransformation
  • ...
