Failed tests with GPU use #3

      Start 12: test_mimo_tf_c_c.sh 12/18 Test #12: test_mimo_tf_c_c.sh ..............***Failed    2.53 sec      Start 13: test_mimo_tf_c_f90.sh 13/18 Test #13: test_mimo_tf_c_f90.sh ............***Failed    2.63 sec

Fails on ATOS with GPU.

In both cases the output tensor is different to the reference value.

e.g.
ERROR: output element 0 (253.744965) is different from expected value 253.616974
and
ERROR: output element 1 ( 253.7450 ) is different from expected value 253.6170

None of the other tests fail.

I will test if the ecRAD results show the same behaviour.
