Create a propper GUI for automatic block function with extra visible info.

There are now 2 block mechanisms.
1 is an automatic brake when the msg to mqtt > panasonic are going apeshit.
2 is an automated behaviour when manual off is pressed.

Both are kind of related, so it looks nice to bundle them on 1 page. clearly.

The 1st item:
I propose to make a nice GUI.
Add a toggle that enables/disables the auto-brake function (default disabled)

Add info directly in the dash like:

• mqtt messages today
• mqtt messages yesterday
• mqtt messages average per day
• mqtt messages max count ever seen

This info help the user to setup correctly.
