Store state of chat enlarge toggle in local storage, so it can be restored after reload or switching back from queue or file browsing.

I find it very useful to see users currently logged in users when i open the interface. But i agree that it's annoying when navigating through the tabs. I implemented a compromise...it's state is saved for the session. When u hit F5 it's restored.
