Add alphabetical sorting icons

We've heard feedback that the sort icons used in the data grid (perhaps elsewhere, too) seem backwards. In a quick scan of other applications, this looked to be the case however the answer is not as simple as flipping the arrow.

Current

Quick search of patterns

Predominantly a down arrow for A-Z but there are notable exceptions in Word and Google Docs (2nd and 3rd images)

Options considered

1. Flip the arrows we have
2. Flip the arrows and use other, existing icons for sortAsending and sortDescending
3. Create two new icons - both with an arrow pointing down - that incorporate the letters AZ into the glyph (like the Microsoft and Google examples above)

Decision

Create two new icons using letters.
