Split kibana dashboard into two groups.

Describe the feature:

In a single Kibana dashboard screen, I want to split my charts into vertically splitted two groups which have filter conditions its own. Purpose of this thing is to see the relationship between them.

I think panel grouping plus per panel filters feature request covers this use case:

• Panel Grouping: Dashboard panel groups: nested dashboards via reference #16919
• Per panel time range: Local visualization time, independently from global dashboard time #3578
  • Above issue is only specific to time ranges, but we would like to add filters too.
