Describe the bug
confirmation prompt of deleting note from alert fly out

Kibana/Elasticsearch Stack version

Version: 8.15.0
Commit: c616ed3da09e04c766be0d791373dc78c1231e12
Build:  76008

Preconditions

  • required ff 'securitySolutionNotesEnabled' should be enabled in kiban.yml

Steps to reproduce

  • Navigate to alert page
  • click on notes icon along the alert menu
  • add note entry
  • click on delete
  • observed that no confirmation is being taken by user just like we are taking under note deletion under timeline

Expected Result

  • confirmation prompt of deleting note from alert fly out

this functionality was implemented in this PR when we shared the code between timeline and flyout.
