Describe the feature:
Elastic AI OBs Assistant should have human readable timestamps for each conversation in the list of conversation
In each conversation, each message should have human readable date and time / timestamps like any chat/messaging system

Hello

We do need a timestamp as in any chat application. Same for the user questions.
Because we need to track when exactly an investigation was done with Elastic AI Assistant concerning for instance an Observability incident; should we come back to that conversation again.
