Easy copy/replicate dash/viz button

It'd be awesome if we had a "copy" button that allowed a user to easily replicate a dashboard/visualisation, but then allow the user to easily point it at a new index at the same time if they wanted.

There is the option to save a copy of a dashboard now;

But not to point it at a new index. This would actually require a copy of each of the visualizations in the dashboard which seems like it could get inefficient to manage.

We have an experimental custom controls visualization element;

But that still forces you to select an index pattern to produce the options. What we need is a control like that that you could put on the dashboard to let you select different index patterns for all the visualizations in the dashboard.

I'll close this for now. We have already save as new visualization/dashboard available, and a possible dedicated "Save as" mode can be tracked in #24180. #17542 tracks the ability to change index patterns on a visualization in the editor and #16917 the idea of dashboard level index patterns.
