Description

On the Observability > Alerts page, in addition to the "Show all", "Active", and "Recovered" tabs, there's now an "Untracked" tab. I think screenshots on the following pages are affected:

For example:

To move an alert into this state, there's a "Mark as untracked" menu option:

NOTE: This functionality is not yet available in Stack Management > Rules, nor in the Security app. I've played around with this in v8.12 and even when an observability rule that has untracked alerts is visible in Stack Management > Rules, that particular detail is shown only in the Observability app.

Sorry for the late notice on this one! I was going to handle it in https://github.com/elastic/platform-docs-team/issues/193 but only now figured out that it (1) affects only observability and (2) affects screenshots that aren't automated, so will require access to whatever sample data you use to generate them.
