What: We have introduced a Knowledge Base UI so administrators can view, add, edit, remove items in their Knowledge Base for AI Assistant for Observability.

Why: This allows administrators to augment the performance of the LLM that they have connected to their Elasticsearch instance by offering a UI through which they can fill their Knowledge Base.
