Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a room
  2. Upload a file to the room
  3. Delete the file
  4. Open the file panel

Outcome

What did you expect?

The empty panel should be rendered, unless the file panel with the deleted message placeholder would be expected to be rendered.

The deleted message placeholder message is rendered.
