Steps to reproduce
I join an encrypted room from a Space room. The room I want to join is Space restricted.
The room has history of 'members only (since point of selecting this option)
I cannot see any history, but I can see a decrypted message via the room list preview.

What did you expect?
If I can see the message in the room list preview I would expect to see it in the timeline
What happened instead?
There was no message in the timeline
