Steps to reproduce

  1. Quit and start the Element X app fresh. Profile picture is seen in upper left.

  2. Press the home button
  3. Open Element X again
  4. "Settings" (profile picture) and "Start chat" buttons disappear

  5. Quit and relaunch the app again. They return

Outcome

What did you expect?

I expect random important buttons to not disappear

What happened instead?

They disappeared
