Add a mini-map to display GPS coordinates from a photo/video

Problem

Media library navigation via map is one of the coolest features which allows users to find what kind of media was done around particular place. This is correctly entirely missing in a lot of media software (apart from just few)

Proposal

1. To add a separate item in the left-hand side panel called "Map" to show a map with all the media files being displayed on it, according to their locations

2. In a "photo info" panel a new map element should appear to show a mini-map with a marker set on it as per GPS coordinates of the item
