Macbook Pro 13" Mid 2017 Touchpad Not Working

What Happened

When booting ElementaryOS 6 Beta (5/9/21), trackpad is unresponsive. However, this is not consistently the case. Out of 4 attempts, trackpad worked 1 out of the 4. I don't know if this has to do with booting/not booting MacOS between reboots?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set up daily beta Elementary6 USB install media.
2. Launch, and choose the "try Elementary OS" option.
3. Notice that trackpad is not responsive to movements or clicks, although some support is there (because pressing on the trackpad wakes from sleep, and still provides click sensation - apple trackpads don't have a physical click, so something is on here at least)
