Add a time delay setting to control dock disappearance

Prerequisites

• I have searched open and closed issues for duplicates.

Feature

It would be great to have an option in system settings to increase the time the dock stays on before disappearing. The current options are to hide when:

• Focused window is maximized
• Focused window overlaps the dock
• Any window overlaps the dock
• Not being used

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a time delay option for the dock to disappear after xx seconds of not being used. Currently, the dock disappears way too fast. So then the options to hide the dock would look like:

• Focused window is maximized
• Focused window overlaps the dock
• Any window overlaps the dock
• Not being used
• Hide after 5 seconds of no use
