Fails with criticals when trying to print test page

Attempt to print a test page gave the following terminal warnings.

(switchboard:3921): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: 08:41:19.619: g_object_new_is_valid_property: property 'printer' of object class 'PrintersJobRow' is not writable

** (switchboard:3921): CRITICAL **: 08:41:19.620: printers_printer_get_jobs: assertion 'self != NULL' failed

** (switchboard:3921): CRITICAL **: 08:41:19.620: gee_abstract_collection_iterator: assertion 'self != NULL' failed

** (switchboard:3921): CRITICAL **: 08:41:19.620: gee_iterator_next: assertion 'self != NULL' failed

and fails to print. Trying to cancel the job also fails (printer job row remains).

NB The printer in question is attached to a server and the issue occurs on a client. Printing to the printer from e.g. Chromium on the client was successful.
