When you first setup system and login by default user has granted administrator rights, at least this is what this plugins says. But, if you check on users-admin app it shows custom. I didn't check precisely what is going on, but my guess is that user is not added to some groups or is missing proper access to some folders. I tested this with gnome-logs app, but I believe it can also cause unexpected behavior for other apps.

Expected Behavior

User Administrator should have proper access.

Steps to Reproduce

Install gnome-logs app and launch it (flatpak or deb, does not matter). App will pop an error Unable to read system logs. If you start sudo gnome-logs it will be able to read system logs. Now, if you launch users-admin and change user rights from Custom to Administrator it will also solve this problem.
