I am unable to enable guest account in 'OEM-mode'.
The switch can be flipped to enabled, but after the required reboot, the setting is reverted.
I didn't test if the guest account can be enabled under a normal administrator account.

Another, possible related bug, has status 'in progress' (issue #24 ). The issue mentioned in this post might be solved as a result of solving issue #24
