When browsing through the save data, we are able to extract partial files (like the common "main") from saveFS or extract and (through mounting) replace the actual save files (the '00000000003d' ones and whatnot). However, we cannot inject the saveFS files into those proper save files - in other words, we can extract an editable save but not inject it back after tinkering with it. Yes, this can be done through JKSV or Checkpoint - but would such capability be possible directly in NxNandManager? It would save a lot of time turning on the Switch, launching emuNAND etc, especially when we want to replace saves on the sysNAND, where launching any homebrew might be a potential risk.
