See #9.

Updated to a newer version of node-feedparser. Tried updating to the
newest, but the API has changed significantly.

This last commit broke the travis build; mocha does not seem to be installed in travis. Reverting.

This reverts commit 49d173a, which
reverted 4249940.

So, this is restoring 4249940.

Problem appears to be due to substack.net/blog.xml being malformed. It does not have a self url, but article links refer to self. feedparser was changed to be more forgiving of feeds, so try updating it again.

It appears to work now, but there are no links due to issues with lack of canonical URLs. It may be fixed by updating feedparser.

It was not fixed by updating feedparser. Urls are now the plain relative path that is not very useful at all.
