[Feature request] A checkbox for subscriptions to indicate if they auto renew or not

I have some subscriptions that have a cost per month, but I pay ahead, so for example I get 16 months for the price of 12. Near the end of the 16 months I need to do this again.

A checkbox that says "Does not auto-renew" and then an icon like https://www.iconarchive.com/show/material-icons-by-pictogrammers/autorenew-off-icon.html in the overview would be great!

(would also be helpful for digital "estate planning" (https://github.com/potatoqualitee/eol-dr), so my relatives will now which subscriptions they need to cancel, and which ones will run out)
