## About

This is a lightly customized version of ICU4c that uses a more smaller ICU data than original one (700kb vs 25mb aprox). The ICU data files used is already integrated, so you just need to compile it. 

It uses customized ICU data files from ICU 62 from EasyRPG Project: https://easyrpg.org/downloads/icudata/
