App hangs while signin in using Personal Access token

Expected Behavior

A: Establish a connection to the server (B: create a transaction)

Current Behavior

A: Setting up a connecting using a personal acces token shangs at approx. 90%
(B: Using the shortcut (long-click on icon and tapping "create transaction"), crashes the app. This might be depending to part 1)

Steps to Reproduce

A:

• Install FireFly III via F-Droid
• Open Firefly
• Sign in using ... PERSONAL ACCESS TOKEN
• Enter URL with https (working / tested)
• Enter "Personal Access Token"
• Click "Sign in"
• Even after hours, still no more progress
  

B:

• Cancel the previous action (maybe it has been configured ?)
• Long-click to Photuris III icon, select "create transaction" from the context-menu
• application crashes

Same behavior with the last two versions of Photuris III. The recommended version 5.0.3 could not be found at the given URL at 25.3.2022 / 07:30 (ZURICH)
