[Feature Request] Fix pressing the sneaking key fast causing the sneak animation to play even though it shouldn't

I know this is a rather weird request, but as it is a very noticable and annoying bug, I'm just asking anyway.

The bug can be found in Mojangs bug tracker as MC-159163.
There is a fix in Debugify, but as it has a lot of other rather random changes it applies, which cause some mod incompatibility issues with my modded setup, I'm asking you to also add a way to fix the aforementioned bug here.
I have tried to find the mod incompatibility issues I am experiencing, but it has turned out to be very hard.
I am half sure that its license would allow you to copy over its patch, if you want to.

I have been told that this fix can cause issues with anti-cheats though, so it may be a good idea to turn it off by default.
