Two issues:
lintTreeseems to be empty in a MU project. I wrappedtree(here: https://github.com/ember-template-lint/ember-cli-template-lint/blob/master/index.js#L55) in adebug(), which wrote anEMPTY_MERGE_TREEember template-lint:print-failingfails because of a hardcodedapp/path:https://github.com/ember-template-lint/ember-cli-template-lint/blob/master/lib/commands/print-failing.js#L21
