Feature Request: Add arbitrary form data for device specific flags

It would be nice if there was some support for arbitrary form data for certain device types.

The main one that comes to mind is defining a POTS device as a modem (There's some "magic" that optimises modem connections but for Cisco reasons it can't be enabled at the same time as the fax optimisations which is the default)

It would also need to be exposed as an end point somewhere so the other platform has visibility
