keep default as last one

When we add a new host, it goes as last one. this should not happen, the default should be always the last one, as stated in the manpage ssh_config(5):

Since the first obtained value for each parameter is used, more host-specific declarations should be given near the beginning of the file, and general defaults at the end.

+1 for this. I have gotten around it by putting configuration in the global /etc/ssh/ssh_config
