There are also some ideas from users on the Discord channel, maybe looking at those too will give you some pointers. |

You only need to control the boiler selflowtemp (if there is no thermostat in the system). Then the boiler will modulate, start, stop automatic on the heat demand to reach this flowtemp. |

Hello,
I’m new to Home Assistant and recently managed to install EMS-ESP on my condensing boiler (Junkers Cerapur). I’ve successfully configured it to send data to Home Assistant via MQTT, which is working well.
Now, my challenge is figuring out how to make my Sonoff TRV valves control the boiler. Specifically, I want the boiler to:
Start and modulate its output when one of the TRVs requests heating.
Shut down when all the TRVs have reached their target temperature.
Here’s my current setup:
Sonoff TRVs for individual room control.
Junkers Cerapur boiler connected via a BBQKees EMS-ESP module.
A Netatmo relay on the dry contact for basic on-off control (no modulation).
Netatmo thermostat and TRVs (currently integrated but I'd like to move away from Netatmo entirely).
I still have my old Junkers thermostat (now disconnected), but I don’t want the boiler to rely on a central thermostat—it should be controlled dynamically based on the TRVs
I’d greatly appreciate any guidance, suggestions, or examples on how to achieve this setup. Thank you in advance for your support, and I’m ready to take any steps or try out recommended solutions to make this work!
Guillaume
