Cursor theme for electron apps (xwayland)

I don't know, maybe I'm doing something wrong, but cursor doesn't change in electron apps, namely vesktop (discord) and vivaldi (browser). It defaults to standard one.
I've tried this env settings:

env = XCURSOR_THEME,Bibata-Modern-Classic
env = XCURSOR_SIZE,24

And this exec ones:

exec = gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface cursor-theme 'Bibata-Modern-Classic'
exec = gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface cursor-size 24

They didn't help me solve the problem. Can someone help me with this?

UPD: Actually the cursor theme also doesn't apply to Anki and maybe some other software

Apparently fix is to change
~/.config/gtk3.0/settings.ini and ~/.config/gtk4.0/settings.ini
with
[Settings] gtk-cursor-theme-name=Bibata-Modern-Classic gtk-cursor-theme-size=24
