Default favicon can be overridden with certificate error icon #386

STR:

Visit a site without a favicon. I was on https://rtcweb-wg.github.io/security-arch/
Navigate to a cite with a certificate error. badssl.com has plenty of these, but paypal.com works fine for the moment, thanks Symantec.
Hit back

The favicon on the tab is now a nice alert triangle. Reloading has no effect. Closing the table and reopening it (Ctrl+Shift+T) restores it.
