Tabcenter-redux doesn't automatically focus on webpage frame after tab selected #436

Steps to re-produce

  1. Open some webpages
  2. Choose another tab from Tabcenter-redux's tabs list (not from browser default tabs list) by click
  3. After webpage is loaded, try to scroll up/down by using Up/Down keys on the keyboard
    Expected Execute: Webpage does not scroll
    Expected Result: Webpage scrolls

Scrolling is just an example action to expose the issue
