[Publication][Admin view]: Approved applications and files should appear in Admin screen without refresh session

How to reproduce

Preconditions:
user created a custom app
user created chat with files

Steps:

1. create publication request for app
2. create publication request for file only from chat
3. admin approves both request
4. admin opens talk to sceen and search for approved app
5. admin opens Manage attachments and search for file from approved request in Organzation section
6. admin refreshes page and repeat p4 and p5

Actual result

4. app from approved request is not displayed
5. file from approved request is not displayed in Organization
6. after refresh app and file become available

Expected result

Approved Applications and files from publication request should become visible for admin without refresh session ( as it implemented for conversations and prompts)
