How to reproduce

Preconditions:
user created custom app with icon file
icon file was not published earlier

Steps:

1. by user create publication request for custom app
2. by admin open publication request
3. view application's icon

Actual result

default icon is displayed instead of custom icon, which was selected on creation of application

NOTE: if click "Go to a review" , correct icon is displayed

Expected result

on admin view on request details form icon of application should be displayed from file , which was selected when application was created

Was decided to postpone fix doe to it's low importance.
Fix is too difficult to implement doe to that fact that we don't know if the resource that comes with application is actually it's icon or not. Request can be submitted through api call bypassing chat ui and in theory contain several applications.
