Interface URLs are incorrect

As of the fact that urls to connect to interfaces are routed thru the web server the url which is reported by the rega interface object InterfaceUrl() is wrong. It shows allways the internal url. So there should be a new method on the interface object like ExternalInterfaceUrl(). This method should report the ccu external ip and correct port to connect.
