在主机 ubuntu 的qemu中运行，只是为了方便调试。完全可以使用 grub + multiboot 在没有 OS 的机器上启动和运行。

那好像也不需要用到ubuntu真机，虚拟机应该也可以叭

只有在物理机上启用 KVM 才能模拟 VMX 相关指令，虚拟机里的 QEMU 一般不支持 VMX.
