Add documentation on how to use different LLMs for generation

Describe the missing documentation

The latest update to LLMLabelGenerator changes the default model used for generation. However, the default model is not necessarily the best, as it might not follow the conditions stated in the prompt. Because of this, we would need an extension to the documentation, how one can utilize other LLMs for generating substitutes.
