I have accepted and rejected vocabulary in path/to/Vocab/dnb/accept.txt and path/to/Vocab/dnb/reject.txt. The following is a quick sample:

I would like to right-click on, for example, "Siri" or "Alexa" and then maybe use the option "Add to accepted vocabulary". The same goes for rejected vocabulary. The terms are marked as faults in this sample, so right-click action should be straightforward to add. In regards to the rejected terms, mark a word/phrase and then right-click and select a submenu item to add it to the rejected vocab.

Also possible might be a key combination to allow/reject marked words.

@davidsneighbour We’re just working on adding spell checking support, then this sort of feature will probably be next.
