Make NEBULA theme configurable #79

Currently every Nebula page has the escience theme.

We should enable:

Setting your preferred theme in the config.json file in a content repository
A default neutral theme could be used when not setting anything or as a default setting in the template
The setting should set the overall website theme
The setting should set the reveal.js theme
Themes should be confined in one place, to make it easier to add new themes.
