Remove targets at example.com in links 'Edit this page' #12

Taking the following screenshot from https://esciencecenter-digital-skills.github.io/parallel-python-workbench/instructor/map-and-reduce.html as an example:

the links 'Edit this page' point out to slugs in the website example.com, resulting into the idle message:

It may help contributors better to have these links pointing to the underlying sources in the lesson's tree. In the example above: https://github.com/esciencecenter-digital-skills/parallel-python-workbench/blob/main/episodes/map-and-reduce.md, if I am not mistaken.

Same remark applies to the hyperlink 'Edit on GitHub' at the bottom of the pages, as shown below.
