Commissioner app and versions if present: certification tool Version: 2.10.2+spring2024

Note: LOGS are disabled on device.

moveHandler in level-control.cpp is not able to move current level with desired rate of 5/10/3.

Note: Same error for TC-LVL-5.1 and TC-LVL-3.1

This is certification blocker for us.

This is fixed. Logging should be disabled when using on/off or level-control cluster for testing. Closed as issue is resolved.
