Issue with scroll in web platform(chrome and firefox browsers)

I have question regarding mouse wheel scroll or touchpad scroll(scroll using drag and drop works well) in web plaform. It works differently in different browsers: it doesn't work from the box in chrome and firefox, but works in safary. Could we somehow fix it in chrome and firefox?

I want to use this library instead of pdfx. It works smoothly and perfectly with zoom; but I don't know how to fix scroll in it.

Hope the video will open and you can see what is going on.
Just want to add that this library really good compare to pdfx that I used before. It has better API in the controller (not only the possibility to update by Matrix4 and perfect rendering).
But this bug with scroll... I don't know how to fix it.

Appreciate your job! I really love how animation works here when I implemented zoom in/ zoom out buttons in pdf documents.

I have also the issue that both on Chrome and Firefox (on Mac), scrolling via "swiping" the trackpad will zoom the PDF instead of scrolling (which is the default behavior for most PDF tools)
